Contractual and Legal: Customers’ data is subject to collection and processing for the purpose of the type of service contracted and provided by Events Plan It and to comply with legal obligations.

The processing of personal data for marketing purposes shall be carried out with the prior consent of the client by written declaration. This consent must be prior, free, informed, specific and unambiguous. The customer may object to the processing of the data for direct marketing purposes at any time.

Personal customer data is kept for as long as necessary to maintain the business relationship. When this relationship ends, it will be kept for the time required to comply with legal obligations.

Data used for the purpose of sending information and marketing will be kept until withdrawal of consent by the customer.

WITH WHOM THE PERSONAL DATA IS SHARED

Customers’ personal data shall be shared with all entities involved in the circuit of services supply contracted with Events Plan IT. The personal data collected may also be shared with official and judicial authorities, when necessary, in compliance with the duty to cooperate with the law.

CUSTOMERS’ RIGHTS

Right to information – The customer has the right to be informed by Events Plan It about the purpose of processing of their data, to whom their personal data may be communicated, what their rights are, under what conditions they can exercise them and also what mandatory data they must provide under the contractual relationship established. The customer is also entitled to know if his personal data has been or will be disclosed.

Right of access – The customer has the right to access personal data that has been provided to Events Plan It without any restrictions, delays or excessive costs.

Right of rectification – The customer has the right to require Events Plan It to update their data. If their personal data is not updated they have the right to demand its correction or updating.

Right to be forgotten – The client has the right to demand the elimination of their personal data from Events Plan It records. However, Events Plan It will keep the data that Events Plan It is obliged to have and for the necessary time, arising from the fulfillment of a legal obligation.

Right to object – The customer may object to the processing of their personal data for the use in direct marketing campaigns or direct marketing.

Right to portability – The customer has the right to receive the personal data provided to Events Plan It in a structured format, current and automatic reading and the right to transmit such data to another responsible for its processing, even if it is to a competitor.

Right to Complaint – The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection – CNPD on issues related to the processing of his personal data.

Right to Limitation – The Customer may obtain the limitation of processing of personal data, whenever he disputes the accuracy of the data, there is unlawful processing of data or Events Plan It no longer needs the data for the purposes of processing.

ACCURACY OF PERSONAL DATA

Events Plan It only processes data provided by the customer. The omission or inaccuracy of data, are the sole responsibility of the customers.
